Core your apples and slice them into 1/2 inch pieces. Leave the peels on or take them off - your choice! Toss the slices with oil, vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon.

Heat up your air fryer to 380°F. You can give the basket a quick spritz of oil if you want, but no worries if you skip it.

Spread your apple slices in the basket, trying not to pile them on top of each other. Cook for 10 minutes, giving them a good shake halfway through to move them around.

Once they're tender, toss your warm apples in a bowl with the melted butter, remaining cinnamon, and sugar. Serve them up right away while they're hot!
