# Ingredients:

01 - Regular paprika - 1 teaspoon
02 - Smoked paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
03 - Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
04 - Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
05 - Table salt - 3/4 teaspoon
06 - Brown sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoons
07 - Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon

→ Main Ingredients

08 - Boneless skinless chicken breasts - 1 pound
09 - Avocado oil - 2 teaspoons

# Instructions:

01 - Cut each chicken breast into thin, flat pieces - not bite-sized, but more like thin cutlets. For a one-pound package with two breasts, you'll want 3-4 pieces per breast. Pat them dry with paper towels.
02 - Mix all your spices together in a bowl. Put your chicken pieces in another bowl, sprinkle with the seasoning mix, and drizzle with oil. Use your hands or tongs to coat everything really well.
03 - Get your air fryer nice and hot by preheating it. Lay your seasoned chicken pieces in the basket with a bit of space between them for good air flow.
04 - Cook at 415°F for about 10 minutes, or up to 13 minutes for thicker pieces. You're aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F.
05 - Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into those juicy pieces. They should be beautifully crispy outside and tender inside!

01 - Table salt works best for coating because it's finer than kosher salt.
02 - For 1.5 pounds of chicken, increase all seasonings by 1.5 times.
