Cut each chicken breast into thin, flat pieces - not bite-sized, but more like thin cutlets. For a one-pound package with two breasts, you'll want 3-4 pieces per breast. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Mix all your spices together in a bowl. Put your chicken pieces in another bowl, sprinkle with the seasoning mix, and drizzle with oil. Use your hands or tongs to coat everything really well.

Get your air fryer nice and hot by preheating it. Lay your seasoned chicken pieces in the basket with a bit of space between them for good air flow.

Cook at 415°F for about 10 minutes, or up to 13 minutes for thicker pieces. You're aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F.
