13 - Oil for spraying chicken

# Instructions:

01 - Give your chicken pieces a good wash and pat them completely dry.
02 - In a big bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, salt and pepper until well combined.
03 - In another bowl, mix your flour with all the seasonings - garlic powder, seasoned salt, paprika, onion powder, black pepper and salt.
04 - Give your air fryer basket a light spray of oil to prevent sticking.
05 - First dip each piece in flour, then buttermilk mixture (let excess drip off), then back in flour for a final light coating.
06 - Place chicken in a single layer in your air fryer basket, making sure pieces aren't touching. Give them a light spray of oil on top.
07 - Cook at 370°F for 15-20 minutes. Check and spray any floury spots with a bit more oil.
08 - Flip each piece, spray again with oil, and cook 5-10 more minutes until golden brown and cooked through (185°F for legs/thighs, 165°F for breasts).

# Notes:

01 - Different air fryers may need different cooking times - watch closely your first time making this.
02 - Avoid commercial cooking sprays as they can damage the air fryer basket's coating.
