Air Fryer Steak Garlic Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak

01 - Striploin steaks - 2 pieces (1-inch thick)
02 - Canola oil - 1 tablespoon
03 - Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

→ For the Garlic Butter

04 - Salted butter - 2 tablespoons, room temperature
05 - Fresh garlic - 1 clove, finely minced
06 - Fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Take your steaks out of the fridge about 10-15 minutes before cooking to get them to room temp. Trim any excess fat if you like.
02 - Turn your air fryer on to 400°F and let it heat up for 5-10 minutes.
03 - Rub your steaks with oil and give them a good seasoning with salt and pepper (or whatever seasonings you love).
04 - Pop your steaks in the air fryer basket and cook based on how you like them: 10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 for medium, or 14 for medium-well.
05 - While the steaks cook, mix up your softened butter with minced garlic and fresh parsley.
06 - Once done, let your steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Top with that delicious garlic butter and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Room temperature steaks cook more evenly than cold ones.
02 - Don't skip the resting time - it keeps your steak juicy!
