Take your steaks out of the fridge about 10-15 minutes before cooking to get them to room temp. Trim any excess fat if you like.

Turn your air fryer on to 400°F and let it heat up for 5-10 minutes.

Rub your steaks with oil and give them a good seasoning with salt and pepper (or whatever seasonings you love).

Pop your steaks in the air fryer basket and cook based on how you like them: 10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 for medium, or 14 for medium-well.

While the steaks cook, mix up your softened butter with minced garlic and fresh parsley.

Once done, let your steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Top with that delicious garlic butter and enjoy!
