09 - Cooking spray for the basket

# Instructions:

01 - Beat your eggs in one shallow dish. Put flour in a large freezer bag. Mix Panko with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and parmesan in another dish.
02 - Toss your string cheese sticks in the flour bag until they're completely coated.
03 - Working with 2-3 sticks at a time, dip floured sticks in egg, then Panko. Then back in egg and Panko again. Make sure they're completely covered!
04 - Put your breaded sticks on a sprayed baking sheet and freeze for at least an hour until firm.
05 - Heat your air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes. Spray the basket and the tops of your frozen sticks with cooking spray.
06 - Air fry in a single layer for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Work in batches if needed. Watch for some cheese to start bubbling - that's when you know they're done!

# Notes:

01 - Don't skip freezing - it's crucial for keeping the cheese from leaking out too quickly!
02 - Make sure no cheese is visible through the coating to prevent messy leaks.
