Crispy Air Fryer Pasta Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces rigatoni noodles, cooked al dente.
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat air fryer to 400°F.
02 - Toss cooked noodles with 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large bowl.
03 - Put pasta in air fryer basket in single layer.
04 - Air fry 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
05 - Mix remaining oil with garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
06 - Toss hot pasta chips with seasoned oil and top with parmesan cheese.
07 - Enjoy with marinara or garlic sauce for dipping.

01 - Don't overcrowd air fryer basket.
02 - Best eaten fresh while crispy.
