# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken sausages
02 - 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
03 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
05 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
09 - 2 tablespoons honey
10 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
11 - 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
12 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch
13 - Salt and pepper to taste
14 - Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
02 - Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and cornstarch in a small bowl to create the marinade and glaze.
03 - Thread chicken sausages, pineapple chunks, red and green bell pepper slices, and red onion slices alternately onto skewers.
04 - Brush skewers lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking, and season with salt and pepper.
05 - Place skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure chicken sausages are cooked through and veggies have a slight char.
06 - While grilling, brush the marinade onto the skewers, turning them to coat evenly with the glaze.
