Angel Chicken Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded.
02 - 3 cups cooked rice.
03 - 1/2 cup butter, room temperature.
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
05 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup.
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 0.7 ounce Italian dressing mix.
08 - 1 cup chicken stock.
09 - 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
02 - Microwave cream cheese and butter 20-30 seconds until soft. Whisk until smooth.
03 - Combine chicken, rice, cream cheese mixture, soup, garlic, dressing mix, stock, half the cheese, and seasonings.
04 - Transfer to baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
05 - Cover with foil, bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley.

01 - Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
02 - Ingredients should be room temperature.
03 - Can add vegetables for extra nutrition.
