# Instructions:

01 - Bring water to boil in a wide pan, add asparagus, and simmer until they turn bright green. Transfer to a bowl of cold water to cool.
02 - Combine mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
03 - Optionally cut asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Toss with diced eggs, crumbled bacon, chives, and prepared dressing.
