Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
04 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Optional Add-ins

05 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives
06 - Diced bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes, or other vegetables

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Lightly grease a baking dish (about 8×8 inches or similar) with cooking spray or a little olive oil.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, and green onions (if using). Season with salt and pepper. If adding any vegetables, mix them in as well.
04 - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is slightly golden.
05 - Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm.
