Baked Feta Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the dish

01 - 2 ½ cups juicy grape tomatoes, washed and dried
02 - 1 brick (8 oz) of creamy Feta cheese
03 - 1 teaspoon fragrant Italian seasoning
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 5 tablespoons good quality olive oil
06 - ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
07 - 12 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle)

# Instructions:

01 - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Scatter the grape tomatoes in a medium-sized baking dish, creating a single layer.
03 - Place the block of Feta cheese right in the center of the tomatoes.
04 - Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese, making sure to coat them well.
05 - Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and salt evenly over both the cheese and tomatoes.
06 - Finish with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil directly over the Feta cheese.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until you see the tomatoes burst open and the cheese become soft and slightly golden.
08 - Take the dish out of the oven and immediately stir the melted cheese and burst tomatoes until they form a creamy sauce. Toss in the fresh chopped basil.
09 - Add the hot, cooked bow tie pasta to the baking dish and mix everything thoroughly until the pasta is well coated with the creamy tomato-feta sauce. Serve while it's still warm and gooey.

01 - This is the viral TikTok Baked Feta Pasta that took social media by storm! It's incredibly easy to make and tastes as good as it looks.
02 - For the best flavor, use high-quality feta cheese - preferably the kind that comes in a block stored in brine, not the pre-crumbled variety.
03 - Feel free to add minced garlic or red pepper flakes for extra flavor if you like a bit of heat.
