Banana Pudding Rice Krispie Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 95 grams instant banana pudding mix
02 - 60 millilitres milk
03 - 300 grams mini marshmallows
04 - 60 grams unsalted butter
05 - 125 grams crispy rice cereal
06 - 60 grams crushed vanilla wafers

→ Optional Topping

07 - 45 grams white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, thoroughly whisk instant banana pudding mix with milk until smooth. Set aside.
02 - In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and mixture is smooth.
03 - Pour the prepared banana pudding mixture into the melted marshmallow mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
04 - Remove the saucepan from heat. Gently fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated, then add crushed vanilla wafers and mix to distribute throughout.
05 - Lightly grease a 33 x 23 cm rectangular pan. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a greased spatula or wax paper to prevent sticking. Melt white chocolate chips if desired and drizzle over the surface.
06 - Allow the treats to cool completely at room temperature for approximately 60 minutes. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

01 - Greasing your hands or spatula helps prevent sticking while pressing the mixture into the pan.
