BBQ Chicken Naan Pizza Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Naan flatbreads - 2 pieces
02 - Your favorite BBQ sauce - 1/2 cup

→ Toppings

03 - Cooked chicken (rotisserie works great) - 1 cup, shredded or chopped
04 - Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
05 - Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
06 - Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 450°F and move the rack to the lower half - this helps get that pizza crust nice and crispy.
02 - Mix up your chicken with 2-3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce to give it extra flavor.
03 - Put your naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread them with the rest of the BBQ sauce, sprinkle with cheese, then top with your BBQ chicken and sliced onions.
04 - Pop them in the lower part of your oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese gets all melty and the edges are golden brown.
05 - Once they're out of the oven, sprinkle each pizza with fresh chopped cilantro and serve while hot and melty!
