Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 260°C.

Set the unbaked pizza crust on a peel or parchment paper. Brush evenly with olive oil.

Crush half the blackberries with a fork and spread them over the crust.

Distribute mozzarella and parmesan evenly across the surface.

Halve the remaining blackberries and scatter them on top. Add heaping teaspoon-sized spoonfuls of ricotta randomly.

Transfer the assembled pizza to the hot stone and bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

While baking, roughly chop or chiffonade the basil. In the last few minutes of baking, scatter basil over the pizza.

Remove the pizza from the oven and allow to cool briefly. Slice into eight portions and serve.
