Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in baking soda, salt, flour and oats until thoroughly combined. Press half of this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 13 minutes.

While the base bakes, beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually whisk in sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated. Add vanilla extract and egg yolk, mixing until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese filling over the baked base, spreading evenly. Distribute blueberries across the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle remaining oatmeal mixture on top and gently press down.

Return to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges turn golden brown.

Allow to cool completely at room temperature before cutting into bars. Store in refrigerator.
