Blueberry Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ½ cup rolled oats (traditional kind, not instant oats)
02 - ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond or oat milk)
03 - ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

→ Optional Add-ins

04 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
05 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
06 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - In a mason jar or airtight container, add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
02 - Gently fold in the blueberries. If using frozen blueberries, no need to thaw them first—they'll thaw in the fridge overnight.
03 - Stir the ingredients until well combined. Seal the jar or container with a lid.
04 - Place the oats in the refrigerator and let them soak for at least 6 hours (overnight is best). The oats will absorb the liquid and become soft and creamy.
05 - When you're ready to eat, give the oats a quick stir. You can add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency. Top with extra fresh blueberries, nuts, granola, or a dollop of yogurt for extra flavor and texture.

# Notes:

01 - These overnight oats need at least 6 hours to soak, but overnight (8 hours) is best for optimal texture.
02 - Feel free to customize with different toppings or milk alternatives to suit your preferences.
