Blueberry Pie Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pastry Base

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 count)

→ Filling

02 - ¼ cup blueberry jam
03 - ¼ cup fresh blueberries

→ Finishing

04 - 4 tablespoons melted butter
05 - Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Flatten each biscuit dough piece using your hands or a rolling pin.
03 - Place a few teaspoons of blueberry jam on each flattened biscuit, then add 2-3 fresh blueberries.
04 - Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal completely.
05 - Dip each sealed pie bomb into the melted butter, then place on a baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Let the pie bombs cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
