# Ingredients:

01 - 140g spring mix salad greens
02 - 170g chopped butter lettuce

→ Toppings

03 - Candied pecans
04 - 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
05 - 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
06 - 1-2 small avocados, sliced
07 - 150g fresh blueberries
08 - 80g pomegranate arils
09 - 60g crumbled feta cheese

→ Dressing

10 - Creamy pomegranate dressing, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the spring mix salad greens and butter lettuce together. Arrange on a serving platter or divide among individual bowls.
02 - Top the greens with candied pistachios, sliced red onion, watermelon radish, avocado slices, blueberries, pomegranate arils, and crumbled feta cheese.
03 - Drizzle with desired amount of pomegranate dressing immediately before serving. Optionally, finish with freshly ground black pepper.
