Creamy Boursin Chicken Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4, about 1.5 lbs)
02 - Olive oil or butter (2 tablespoons)
03 - Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
04 - Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
05 - Smoked paprika (1/2 teaspoon, optional)

→ Sauce

06 - Chicken broth (1/2 cup)
07 - Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
08 - Boursin Cheese with Garlic and Fine Herbs (5.2 oz package)

→ Garnish

09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (1 tablespoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the chicken breasts by seasoning them with salt, pepper, and optional smoked paprika. Make sure to coat each piece evenly.
02 - Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until they develop a golden-brown crust. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Pour chicken broth into the skillet, scraping the bottom to release any browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese, whisking until the cheese melts completely and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
04 - Return the seared chicken to the skillet. Simmer in the sauce for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. The sauce will continue to thicken and coat the chicken beautifully.
05 - Transfer chicken to serving plates, spooning extra sauce over the top. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.

# Notes:

01 - Try adding sautéed spinach or mushrooms to the sauce for extra flavor and texture.
02 - For a juicier option, substitute chicken breasts with boneless chicken thighs.
03 - Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop to preserve sauce consistency.
04 - Pairs wonderfully with pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables.
