Bulgogi Sauce Flavor Boost (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce
02 - 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean fermented chili paste)
03 - 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
04 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
05 - 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon freshly chopped ginger
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - 1 spicy red pepper, minced (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey or brown sugar, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and spicy red pepper if using.
02 - Pour the sauce over sliced steak, chicken, or pork, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight for enhanced depth of flavor.
03 - Grill or sauté the marinated meat over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes, stirring or turning frequently until cooked through and caramelized to preference.
04 - Transfer the cooked meat to a serving dish. Garnish with sliced green onions, additional peppers, and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Marinating overnight will intensify the flavors and ensure the meat remains tender.
