Heat oven to 400°F.

Dice tomatoes, mince garlic, and chop basil.

Mix diced tomatoes with salt, pepper, garlic and basil in a bowl. Let sit to release excess liquid.

Slice baguette into 1/2-inch pieces. Brush both sides with 3 tablespoons olive oil and place on baking sheet.

Bake 5-10 minutes until golden, flipping halfway through. Transfer to serving platter.

Drain excess liquid from tomatoes. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and red wine vinegar.

Top toasts with tomato mixture, add dollops of burrata, drizzle with balsamic glaze and crack fresh pepper.
