Burrata Watermelon Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups watermelon, cubed
02 - 2 burrata balls
03 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

→ Dressing

04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Arrange the watermelon cubes on a serving platter.
02 - Tear the burrata balls and scatter them evenly over the watermelon.
03 - Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top of the watermelon and burrata.
04 - Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
05 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
