# Ingredients:

→ Dairy and Eggs

01 - 4 large eggs
02 - 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
03 - 2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter, melted

→ Sweeteners and Flavorings

04 - 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
05 - 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract

→ Coconut Products

07 - 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk

→ Dry Ingredients

08 - 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
09 - 1 tablespoon (12 g) baking powder

→ Garnish

10 - Shredded coconut, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Thoroughly grease a bundt cake pan to prevent sticking.
02 - In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, eggs, flour, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until a smooth, homogeneous batter forms.
03 - Pour the batter evenly into the prepared bundt pan. Place the pan inside a larger baking dish and fill the dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the bundt pan.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center emerges clean.
05 - Remove the cake from the oven and water bath. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate in the pan for a minimum of 2 hours to set thoroughly.
06 - Unmold the cake onto a serving plate. Sprinkle generously with shredded coconut and serve chilled.

# Notes:

01 - For a flawless release, ensure the bundt pan is brushed with melted butter or a non-stick baking spray.
02 - The water bath creates a delicate, custard-like texture by promoting even heat distribution.
