Preheat the oven to 175°C. Thoroughly grease a bundt cake pan to prevent sticking.

In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, eggs, flour, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until a smooth, homogeneous batter forms.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared bundt pan. Place the pan inside a larger baking dish and fill the dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the bundt pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center emerges clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and water bath. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate in the pan for a minimum of 2 hours to set thoroughly.

Unmold the cake onto a serving plate. Sprinkle generously with shredded coconut and serve chilled.
