# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 250 g all-purpose flour
02 - 15 g baking powder
03 - 2.5 g baking soda
04 - 2.5 g salt
05 - 2.5 g garlic powder
06 - 2.5 g dried oregano
07 - 2.5 g dried thyme

→ Cheese

08 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Wet Ingredients

11 - 310 ml buttermilk
12 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted
13 - 2 large eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme until well blended.
03 - Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan to the dry mixture. Stir thoroughly to distribute cheese evenly.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until fully combined.
05 - Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Gently fold together until just combined; do not overmix.
06 - Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the surface for even baking.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean.
08 - Allow loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
