Cheesesteak Tortellini in Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini.
02 - 1 lb ground beef.
03 - 1 medium onion, diced.
04 - 1 green bell pepper, diced.
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional).
10 - 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded.
11 - 1 cup heavy cream.
12 - 1/2 cup beef broth.
13 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 8-10 minutes until meat is done and vegetables are soft.
03 - Add salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes to meat mixture. Stir well.
04 - Lower heat to medium-low. Add cream, provolone, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
05 - Add cooked tortellini to skillet. Gently toss everything together until pasta is coated with sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Can substitute provolone with mozzarella or Swiss cheese.
02 - Add extra Worcestershire sauce to beef for more flavor.
03 - Ground beef can be used instead of steak slices.
