Cheesy Corn Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (10 oz) bag tortilla chip scoops.
02 - 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 egg.
04 - 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, rinsed and drained.
05 - 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilis, drained.
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
02 - Place tortilla chip scoops on baking sheet with cup side facing up.
03 - Mix softened cream cheese and egg until smooth. Add corn, green chilis, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
04 - Spoon cheese and corn mixture into each tortilla scoop. Top with parmesan cheese.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, then broil for 1 minute until tops are golden brown.
