Cheesy Garlic Butter Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted but still cold

→ Garlic Butter Mixture

02 - 4 tablespoons butter
03 - 3 large garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

→ Cheese and Herbs

05 - 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, gouda, or your favorite)
06 - 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley and basil, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Crank up that oven to 400°F and let it get nice and hot.
02 - Lay out your puff pastry and smooth out any seams with a dab of water on your finger. Pop it onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat.
03 - Melt your butter in a small pan, then toss in the garlic and dried herbs. Let it cook for a minute or two until it smells amazing. Brush this goodness all over your pastry.
04 - Sprinkle your shredded cheese over the buttery pastry, then roll it up into a log. Slice it into 3/4 inch pieces and spread them out on your cookie sheet.
05 - Brush each roll with any leftover butter, sprinkle with fresh herbs and parmesan. Pop them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to chill.
06 - Bake these beauties for 10-12 minutes until they're puffy and golden brown. Serve them warm or at room temp, with marinara if you're feeling fancy!

# Notes:

01 - Great for serving with marinara sauce
02 - Can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature
