Crank up that oven to 400°F and let it get nice and hot.

Lay out your puff pastry and smooth out any seams with a dab of water on your finger. Pop it onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat.

Melt your butter in a small pan, then toss in the garlic and dried herbs. Let it cook for a minute or two until it smells amazing. Brush this goodness all over your pastry.

Sprinkle your shredded cheese over the buttery pastry, then roll it up into a log. Slice it into 3/4 inch pieces and spread them out on your cookie sheet.

Brush each roll with any leftover butter, sprinkle with fresh herbs and parmesan. Pop them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to chill.
