# Instructions:

- Get your oven nice and hot by preheating it to 400°F (200°C).
- Blend all those fragrant spices together in a small bowl - this is where the magic starts!
- In your 9x13 baking dish, toss together the onion, bell pepper, rice, and that wonderful seasoning mix you just made.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the chicken broth, green chilies, olive oil, and tomato paste until well combined.
- Pour your flavorful liquid mixture into the baking dish and give everything a good stir. Then add the corn, black beans, and shredded chicken, mixing until everything is evenly distributed.
- Cover your dish tightly with foil and let it bake for 65-70 minutes, letting all those flavors meld together.
- Pull out the dish, remove the foil, and sprinkle that beautiful layer of cheddar cheese all over the top.
- Pop it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes, just until the cheese gets melty and starts to turn golden.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then top with fresh cilantro, green onions, avocado, and salsa. Serve it up while it's still nice and warm!
