Chicken Pesto Flatbread Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
02 - 1/2 cup pesto sauce
03 - 4 pieces flatbread or naan
04 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 1 cup fresh spinach

→ Cheeses

06 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
07 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

→ Seasoning

08 - Olive oil, for brushing
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Arrange flatbreads or naan on a baking tray. Lightly brush each surface with olive oil.
03 - Distribute pesto sauce evenly over each flatbread.
04 - Top with sliced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh spinach leaves.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly on top.
06 - Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and flatbread edges are golden and crisp.
07 - Remove from oven, season with salt and black pepper as needed, slice, and serve warm.
