Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
02 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
04 - 2 tablespoons raw honey or regular honey

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cinnamon, butter and honey in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir until melted and well incorporated.
02 - Add banana slices to the pan and cook for 4 minutes until the bottoms caramelize and turn golden brown. Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.
03 - Carefully flip each banana piece and cook for an additional 4 minutes until the second side is evenly caramelized and golden brown.
04 - Serve immediately while hot over ice cream, yogurt, pancakes or french toast for best taste and texture.
