Cinnamon-Sugar Banana Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 ripe but firm bananas, peeled and sliced into ⅛-inch rounds

→ Coating

02 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil or melted butter
03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar or coconut sugar
04 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and slice bananas into thin, even rounds approximately ⅛-inch thick.
02 - In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Toss banana slices with melted coconut oil or butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
03 - Set your air fryer to 175°C (350°F) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
04 - Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips become golden and crisp.
05 - Transfer chips to a wire rack to cool completely. They will crisp further as they cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, select bananas that are ripe but still firm to ensure proper slicing and crisping.
02 - The chips continue to crisp as they cool, so don't worry if they seem slightly soft when first removed from the air fryer.
