Get your oven heating up to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

In a big bowl, work the sausage and biscuit mix together until they're well combined. Then fold in all that shredded cheddar until it's evenly mixed.

Roll the mixture into nice 1-inch balls (about golf ball size) and place them on your lined baking sheet, giving them a bit of space between each one.

Pop them in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they're golden brown outside and the sausage is completely cooked through.

Let them cool for about 5 minutes (they'll be super hot!), then serve them up warm. Add some dipping sauces if you like!
