Coconut Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
02 - 2/3 cup coconut condensed milk
03 - 1/2 cup confectioners sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, coconut condensed milk, and confectioners sugar and mix until a thick dough forms.
03 - Transfer the mixture into the lined pan. Using lightly wet hands, press down on top to smooth the surface evenly.
04 - Refrigerate the coconut bars for at least an hour to firm up. Once firm, use a sharp knife to slice into bars.
