High Protein Cottage Cheese Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Flatbread Base

01 - ¾ cup 2% cottage cheese
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Suggested Toppings

05 - 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
06 - 4 slices turkey breast
07 - ¼ cup fresh baby arugula
08 - 2 ripe tomato slices
09 - 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze

# Instructions:

01 - Start by getting your oven nice and hot - set it to 375°F (190°C)
02 - Toss your cottage cheese, egg, oregano, and garlic powder into a food processor. Blend everything until it's smooth and creamy
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour out your mixture. Spread it into an even rectangle - a 9x13 inch sheet works great, but any size will do as long as you keep the layer even
04 - Pop it in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. You'll know it's ready when it's set and has a nice golden color
05 - Let it cool for 5-10 minutes, then go wild with your favorite toppings. Layer on some mayo, turkey, fresh arugula, tomato slices, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze
