02 - 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese from a block
03 - 2 tsp taco seasoning
04 - ¼ cup water

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cottage cheese, taco seasoning, and water into a blender and whiz it up until everything's silky smooth - about 30 seconds should do the trick.
02 - Pour your creamy mixture into a saucepan over medium-low heat and stir in the freshly shredded cheddar. Keep stirring until all the cheese has melted into gooey perfection.
