01 - 6 large eggs, scrambled
02 - 8 ounces ground pork sausage
03 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 1 cup)
04 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls

06 - 1 recipe cowboy butter, melted and divided

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 7x11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Split Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
03 - Pour about 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter over the bottom halves of the rolls.
04 - Layer evenly with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
05 - Place roll tops on cheese. Brush tops with 2 tablespoons melted cowboy butter.
06 - Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is hot and bubbly.
07 - Remove foil and bake 3-5 minutes more until tops are golden brown.
08 - Slice and serve hot with remaining cowboy butter for brushing or dipping.
