Cranberry Brie Bread Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 round bread boule.
02 - Cooking spray.
03 - 1 wheel (8 ounces) brie cheese.
04 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce.
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh thyme.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cut off top quarter of bread. Remove brie rind, place on bread and trace circle. Scoop out bread inside the circle.
03 - Place bread on baking sheet. Put brie in hollow center. Spray bread exterior with cooking spray. Cut slices around edges 1-2 inches apart, not cutting through bottom.
04 - Top brie with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
05 - Bake until bread is toasted and cheese is melty, about 25 minutes.
06 - Serve immediately while cheese is hot and melted.

# Notes:

01 - Best served hot while cheese is melty.
02 - Triple cream brie gives best melting results.
03 - Can use leftover or store-bought cranberry sauce.
