Heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut off top quarter of bread. Remove brie rind, place on bread and trace circle. Scoop out bread inside the circle.

Place bread on baking sheet. Put brie in hollow center. Spray bread exterior with cooking spray. Cut slices around edges 1-2 inches apart, not cutting through bottom.

Top brie with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with fresh thyme.

Bake until bread is toasted and cheese is melty, about 25 minutes.

Serve immediately while cheese is hot and melted.
