Line and grease a 5 x 5 x 3 inch square baking tin with two long pieces of baking parchment, crossing in the middle and extending up over the sides of the tin.

Place all ingredients in a food processor and combine for 3-5 minutes until components break down and come together into a sticky ball.

Transfer mixture into the prepared baking tin and press down firmly to create an even surface.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up the mixture.

Carefully remove from the tin using the extended parchment edges as leverage and cut into 12 equal bars. Store in the refrigerator between consumption for up to one week.
