02 - ½ cup roasted red peppers, roughly chopped
03 - ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
04 - Juice of ½ lemon
05 - 2 teaspoons paprika

06 - Green onions, chives, or fresh basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Place the feta cheese chunks, chopped roasted red peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, and paprika in a food processor. Pulse until completely smooth and well combined.
02 - Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped green onions, chives, or fresh basil leaves. Serve with warm pita bread, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette.
