Chicken Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken.
02 - 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
03 - 2 tablespoons cooked and crumbled bacon.
04 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
05 - 1 tablespoon minced chives.
06 - 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning.
07 - 2 flour tortillas (8-10 inch).
08 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar.
09 - Oil spray for basket.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chicken, cream cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, chives, and ranch seasoning in a bowl. Mash with fork until well mixed.
02 - Divide mixture between tortillas and spread to edges. Sprinkle with cheese.
03 - Roll tortillas tightly. Trim edges and cut each into 5 pieces.
04 - Spray air fryer basket with oil or line with parchment. Arrange pinwheels in single layer.
05 - Air fry at 370°F for 5 minutes until crispy. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Can use light cream cheese or Laughing Cow wedges for lighter version.
02 - Low carb tortillas work well for reduced carbs.
03 - Serve with ranch or BBQ sauce if desired.
