Crispy Parmesan Onion Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 small yellow onions, thinly sliced
02 - 7 ounces finely shredded parmesan cheese
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Seasonings

04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon dill
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ For Serving

08 - Good Foods Feta Cucumber Tzatziki Dip

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Spread the cheese in an even layer over the parchment paper.
03 - Arrange the onion slices in an even layer on top of the cheese.
04 - Brush the onions with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, dill, and pepper.
05 - Bake for 25-35 minutes, until the center of the pan starts to turn golden.
06 - Let cool for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to harden.
07 - Break the chips into pieces and serve with Feta Cucumber Tzatziki Dip.

# Notes:

01 - The chips will continue to crisp as they cool, so don't worry if they seem slightly soft when first removed from the oven.
