→ Seasonings & Flavors

02 - Pepperoncini juice - 1/4 cup from the jar
03 - Au jus gravy mix - 1 ounce packet
04 - Ranch seasoning mix - 1 ounce packet
05 - Pepperoncini peppers - 6 whole peppers

→ Dairy

06 - Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup (1 stick), cut into tablespoons

# Instructions:

01 - Spread your Lit'l Smokies across the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker in an even layer.
02 - Pour that tangy pepperoncini juice right over the smokies.
03 - Sprinkle first the au jus gravy mix, then the ranch seasoning evenly over everything.
04 - Place your butter pieces and whole pepperoncini peppers on top - the butter will melt down and mix with everything as it cooks.
05 - Cover your slow cooker and let everything cook on low for 2-3 hours. Before serving, give it all a good stir to mix those flavors together nicely.

# Notes:

01 - The longer these cook (up to 3 hours), the more flavor the smokies will soak up.
02 - Keep them warm in the slow cooker during parties - they'll stay perfect for serving.
