# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups strawberries, hulled and diced
02 - 3 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
03 - 1 English cucumber, chopped
04 - 1/2 red onion, sliced
05 - Fresh mint leaves, handful, chopped

→ Dressing

06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - Juice of 1 fresh lime
08 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Add strawberries, cucumber, watermelon, red onion, and mint into a large serving bowl.
02 - Sprinkle with salt, pepper, lime juice, and olive oil, then toss to combine thoroughly. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
