# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, evenly roll out the puff pastry sheet.
03 - Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Evenly sprinkle the mixture over the rolled pastry.
04 - Brush melted butter over the pastry, ensuring complete coverage. Roll the dough tightly from one edge to form a log.
05 - Slice the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces. Place each section, cut side up, into a greased muffin cup.
06 - Bake for 20–25 minutes until pastries are golden and fully puffed.
07 - Allow cruffins to cool for a few minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and add a drop of vanilla extract if desired. Serve warm.
