Preheat oven to 190°C.

Place Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking tray.

Top each cracker with a slice of dill pickle and then a slice of cheese.

Sprinkle a pinch of dried dill over the cheese.

Bake for 5–6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and serve while warm.
