Dill Pickle Cheese Ritz Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Ritz crackers

→ Toppings

02 - Dill pickles, sliced
03 - Cheese, sliced (cheddar, mozzarella, or preferred variety)
04 - Dried dill, for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C.
02 - Place Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking tray.
03 - Top each cracker with a slice of dill pickle and then a slice of cheese.
04 - Sprinkle a pinch of dried dill over the cheese.
05 - Bake for 5–6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
06 - Remove from the oven and serve while warm.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavour, use sharp cheddar or smoked cheese. Serve immediately to retain crispiness.
