Dill Roasted Radishes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 450 g radishes, sliced and cleaned

→ Oils and Fats

02 - 15 ml extra virgin olive oil

→ Herbs

03 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

→ Seasonings

04 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 220°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Combine sliced radishes with olive oil, chopped dill, kosher salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and coat lightly with cooking spray. Spread the radishes in a single, even layer.
04 - Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until radishes are crisp-tender, turning halfway if desired.
05 - Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving.

01 - For optimal texture, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure even roasting.
