DIY Soothing Muscle Balm (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Oils

01 - 60 ml almond oil
02 - 60 ml coconut oil

→ Binding Agent

03 - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) beeswax

→ Essential Oils

04 - 5 drops clove essential oil
05 - 5 drops peppermint essential oil
06 - 5 drops lavender essential oil
07 - 5 drops eucalyptus essential oil
08 - 5 drops rosemary essential oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine almond oil, coconut oil, and beeswax in a double boiler or a heat-safe jar set over boiling water. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until all components are completely liquefied.
02 - Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool for approximately three minutes to reduce temperature without hardening.
03 - Add clove, peppermint, lavender, eucalyptus, and rosemary essential oils to the cooled mixture. Whisk thoroughly to ensure even dispersion of the oils.
04 - Transfer the liquid mixture into small glass containers or mason jars. Let sit at room temperature for 45–60 minutes until fully solidified.
05 - Store the prepared rub in a cool, dry place. If kept free of moisture, it remains stable for up to six months.

# Notes:

01 - Maintain a water-free environment in containers to maximize shelf life.
