Earl Grey Ginger Spritzer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups boiled water
02 - 2 Earl Grey tea bags
03 - 6 ounces (1 1/2 bottles) chilled premium non-alcoholic ginger beer
04 - 4 shots vodka, rum, whiskey or preferred spirit (optional)
05 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a heatproof bowl or pitcher, add the boiled water and tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
02 - Refrigerate the tea until completely chilled, about 2 hours.
03 - Fill glasses half full with chilled ginger beer. If using alcohol, stir it into the ginger beer.
04 - Tilt each glass and slowly pour the chilled Earl Grey tea down the inside until full.
05 - Add fresh mint leaves to each glass before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a stronger tea flavor, allow the tea to steep for up to 7 minutes.
