Toss the peaches, sugar, water and lemon juice into your blender or food processor. Blend until super smooth - you don't want any chunky bits left.

Pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan or any freezer-safe container you've got. No lid? No problem - just cover it with some parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Stick it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. The waiting is the hardest part!

Take the sorbet out of the freezer and let it sit for about 5 minutes so it softens up a bit before scooping. Then dig in and enjoy your homemade peachy goodness!
