In a separate skillet, scramble the eggs with a splash of milk until just set but still moist. Remove from heat.

Arrange the toasted English muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spread each with a layer of sawmill gravy, then top with scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and a generous sprinkle of grated cheddar cheese.
